ARE FROZEN PEAS HEALTHY?
There is little nutritional difference between frozen and fresh peas, making frozen peas a convenient, healthy alternative when fresh peas are out of season.
We love peas because they are extremely versatile. They can accompany many meals as a side dish, be added to pasta and rice dishes, make creamy soups, and are easily used in salads.
They’re also inexpensive, which is an added bonus if you cook on a budget.
